The Set sermon page setting tells Church Admin which page on your website holds your main sermons list — the page containing your sermons shortcode or block. Church Admin uses this so it always knows where your sermons live, for things like linking to individual sermons and building your podcast feed correctly.
Finding the setting
Go to the Media tab and open Set sermon page. You’ll see a single dropdown listing all the pages on your website.
Setting your sermon page
First, make sure you’ve created a page and added your sermons shortcode or block to it (for example a page called “Sermons” or “Talks”). Then come to this screen, choose that page from the dropdown, and click Save. The page you selected stays chosen, so you can check at a glance which one is set.
If you ever move your sermons to a different page, just come back here and pick the new one.
You may not need to set this manually
In current versions, Church Admin also learns your sermon page automatically: the first time one of your sermon pages is viewed, the plugin records it for you. So in many cases this setting is filled in without you doing anything. It’s still worth checking here — and setting it manually — if you have more than one page showing sermons, or if you want to be certain the correct page is the one Church Admin uses.
