Getting Started

Acts

The Acts module helps individuals in your church set intentional goals for getting to know people and sharing their faith — small, courageous steps that add up to a culture of outreach.

Chat

An internal messaging channel for ministry teams, so staff and volunteers can communicate without leaving the dashboard. It also keeps everyones phone numbers private (unlike WhatsApp)

People

The People directory is the heart of Church Admin — your congregation CRM. Every other module connects back to a person record.

Automations

Set up automated actions triggered by dates, form submissions, or changes in a person’s record — saving repetitive admin work.

Key Dates

Birthdays and wedding anniversaries, with automated celebration emails sent directly to individuals or to everyone

Contact Form

A configurable contact form for your website that routes enquiries to the right staff member and optionally creates a record in your directory.

Giving

Track donations, manage Gift Aid, issue receipts, and connect to a payment gateway for online giving.

Child Protection

A secure log for recording and reviewing safeguarding incidents, accessible only to those with the appropriate role.

Children’s Work

Age-related groups for children’s ministry, including check-in sheets, safeguarding records, and automatic allocation by date of birth.

Classes

Manage courses and discipleship groups with defined start and end dates, enrolment lists, and session tracking. Ideal for Alpha, confirmation classes, or any time-limited course.
