App Page Views

⭐ Premium

The App visits page gives you a simple analytics view of how your Our Church app is being used. It shows how many times each app page has been viewed — both on a chosen day and as a running total since logging began — so you can see which parts of the app your congregation actually uses.

Finding the App visits page

Go to the App section of Church Admin and open App page views (App visits). The page opens showing today’s figures by default.

Choosing a date

At the top of the page there’s a Date picker. Choose the day you want to look at and click Go, and the table updates to show views for that date. If you don’t pick a date, or the date isn’t valid, the page falls back to today.

Reading the table

The table lists every app page that has been viewed, with three columns:

  • Page — the name of the app page.
  • Visits (for the selected date) — how many times that page was viewed on the day you’ve chosen.
  • All views since 2nd July 2023 — the running total of views for that page since logging started.

Pages are ordered by their all-time total, with the most-viewed pages at the top, so you can see at a glance which features your congregation reaches for most. A Totals row at the bottom adds up both columns — giving you the total number of app views for the selected day, and the total across all pages since logging began.

If there were no app views for the date you selected, the page simply tells you there’s nothing to show for that day.

What this is useful for

These figures help you understand engagement with your app over time. If a page you’ve put effort into is barely viewed, it might need promoting or moving higher up the menu; if a page is very popular, it’s worth keeping prominent. Comparing a normal weekday with a Sunday, or checking the days after you send a push notification, can also show you how your congregation responds.
