The Small Group PDF generates a printable document listing all your small groups with their members, filtered by people type and member type. It’s useful for leadership team reviews, oversight meetings, or printing a current snapshot of who is in which group.
Go to Church Admin → Small Groups → Small group PDF form.
Generating the PDF
PDF title
Enter an optional title that will appear at the top of the PDF — for example Small Groups — Autumn 2025 or Home Groups Overview. Leave blank if you don’t need a title.
Age range
Tick the people types to include — Adult, Teenager, Child, or any custom types you have configured. Typically you would tick Adult only for a standard small groups list, or include Teenagers if your youth groups are also managed through the Small Groups module.
Member types to include
Tick the member types whose members should appear in the PDF. For example tick Members and Regular Attenders to produce a list of committed attendees in each group, or tick all types for a complete picture. Only people matching the selected member types will appear under each group.
Downloading
Click Download. The PDF is generated immediately and your browser downloads it. Open it in any PDF viewer to view or print.
If a group doesn’t appear in the PDF
A group only appears if it has at least one member matching your selected people types and member types. If a group is missing, check that its members have the correct people type and member type set on their directory records, and that those types are ticked in the filter before downloading.
If a person doesn’t appear in their group
People only appear in the PDF if they have been allocated to a small group. If someone is missing, check their record in the directory to confirm they are assigned to the right group, and that their people type and member type match your selected filters.
