1. Prohibited Content and Behaviour
The Church Admin Plugin and Our Church App strictly prohibit:
- Any content, including images, descriptions, or links, that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Any solicitation, grooming, or predatory behavior targeting minors.
- Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including digitally generated, altered, or AI-manipulated content.
- Any accounts or users engaged in CSAE-related activities, including distribution, solicitation, or facilitation of such content.
2. Reporting
The plugin is installed on church websites, who are responsible for their Safeguarding practices.
The app content is also controlled by each individual church subscriber.
In the first place, please contact your own church with any safeguarding concerns.
If you have concerns about content on a particular church app subscription and you have already tried contacting the church with the concerns, please contact us and we will check the app and will remove their subscription and app access if they allow prohibited content.
3. Enforcement Actions
Church Admin Plugin run by John Moyle, will take strict action of violations of this CSAE policy
Churches that allow prohibited material on their app subscription, will have their subscription revoked immediately.
Permanent banning of offending accounts.
- Reporting violations to law enforcement and relevant child protection agencies.

Please use form below to report a violation, after contacting the church in the first instance. Make sure you include the church website address and offending page URL.
