Most church management applications require you to move your data into someone else’s system and pay monthly fees per user. Our Church works differently — it connects directly to your Church Admin WordPress plugin, so your data stays on your own website and your members use an app that feels like it belongs to your church, not a generic platform.
Because the app is an extension of Church Admin rather than a separate system, everything is always in sync. Update a person’s details in the directory and it’s reflected in the app immediately. Add a sermon and it appears in the app straight away. There’s no import, no export, no separate database to maintain.

Your data stays yours
Unlike most church management applications, Church Admin stores all your data on your own WordPress website — not on our servers. Your congregation’s personal information, giving records, and pastoral notes never leave your hosting environment. You are not dependent on a third-party company’s continued existence or pricing decisions to access your own data.
What you need to get started
- A WordPress website with Church Admin Premium installed
- An SSL certificate on your website (https://) — most hosts provide one free
- The free Our Church app setup plugin, provided when you subscribe to Premium
Members install the app by visiting ourchurchapp.online on their phone — the site detects their device and redirects to the correct app store automatically. They log in with their existing church website account.
Pricing
