There’s handy premium plugin feature that allows your logged in user to indicates dates that they are not available to serve in your services.

There’s a block and shortcode [church_admin type="not-available"]

It will look like this on a page – admins get to adjust other people’s availability. Normal users only their own.

Then when you are setting up schedules/rotas. Two things will happen as you edit

  1. You will be shown when a person is unavailable if you have added people to a rota job’s ministry
  2. You cannot save an unavailable person, if you try entering them in the form field.
