It will look like this on a page – admins get to adjust other people’s availability. Normal users only their own.
Then when you are setting up schedules/rotas. Two things will happen as you edit
- You will be shown when a person is unavailable if you have added people to a rota job’s ministry
- You cannot save an unavailable person, if you try entering them in the form field.
