jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipant
Thanks Andy!
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantIs there any fix for rota emails being sent multiple times to the same email?
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantEven better! Thanks so much for this plug-in and app. It is a big hit at our church.
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantThanks Andy!
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantThe Shortcode was [[church_admin type="volunteer"]]
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantThanks Andy for the quick response. I’ll give it a go tomorrow.
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantAwesome! Thank you.
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantThanks Andy. I was the member_type_id=”#”. After changing to “all” it is working for me.
[[church_admin type="address-list" loggedin="1" member_type_id="all" people_type_id="1,2,3" photo="1" updateable="1" map="1" pdf="1" vcf="0"]]
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantThanks Andy. I tried everything, but never noticed that. Works like a charm now. Thanks
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantI figured out if I use this short code, only administrators can login and see the directory. Subscribers get prompted to login and get the error in my 1st post.
[[church_admin type="address-list" loggedin="1" member_type_id="#" people_type_id="1,2,3" photo="1" updateable="1" map="1" pdf="1" vcf="0"]]
If I change
loggedin=”1″ to loggedin=”0″
no one gets prompted to login as expected. If I remove both of these:
loggedin=”1″ member_type_id=”#”it prompts subscribers for login and seems to work correctly. I got the above shortcode from the shortcode generator.

jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantAndy,
jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantNo. This household is just one person, but we do have about 5 other households with that same last name of “Williams”.
18th March 2023 at 10:00 pm in reply to: Unable to upload a family picture with version 3.4.117 #7306jeff_screws@yahoo.comParticipantI’m seeing that same issue as well. I found a workaround….
1) Go to the household that you want to upload a new photo
2) Click “View and Edit other attributes” (you don’t have to change anything, but save at the bottom)
3) Drag the new household photo in placeThis has been working for me. Hope this helps.
