Hi, I am seeing some strange behaviour with this. We have several families where the Head of the household has the family name Al Manhal. In this case his wife has the family name Kareem.
I perform a search for Al Manhal and get the Kareem household even though the first entry is Al Manhal. I have used the reset version option.
I have also experienced the head of household changing by itself after updating a member of the household (not the head) and that person being moved to the top of the list.

We have many families who come for baptisms and then are not regular attendees. When the kids reach school age, the christian schools require proof of baptism and so they come to us for the info
