Yes events stay until you hover over a different event – which when there are only events on the one day is a problem! Will have a think about that!

I’ve just coded user level options for the varous church admin functions – will test and make it part of the update in a fortnight
The only problem I can see is that the second number after the comma is missing, so I’ve hopefully fixed that in v0.33.4.5 – but I’ve never had a problem with it before
That’s a great idea. Will add that to next update and maybe even a surname search.
As to how it is being used – privacy! Most people would make it password protected as we have!

How very strange!
I’ve just downloaded 0.33.4.2 from WordPress and files that shouldn’t be in the plugin anymore still are.I think I didn’t remove them properly from the “svn” which is used to create the plugin zip files on WordPress.org.
I’ve redone it and uploaded 0.33.4.3
If you want delete the tables and and entries in wp_options table with the option name church_admin% – you shouldn’t have to though!!!Can do, but I think you are using an old version of the plugin – latest is 0.33.4.2
That query isn’t in recent versions. The rota table is now wp_church_admin_rotas
Yes it does look like the table wasn’t created. But that query no longer appears in the plugin at all – it used to be used in pdf rota creation but the rota section was changed radically under the hood a few months ago!
What version are you using and when did the error occur please? The current Version is 0.33.4.2. recent versions migrated data from wp_church_admin_rota to wp_church_admin_rotas for more efficient use.
