If you head to the Communications section and then Email setup there are the default email and from name fields there. Save those!

Firstly the Mailersend not working properly.
When you send the test email, is the email domain the same as your registered domain with mailersend?
Have you tested trying to send to a completely different domain like gmail.com?
New accounts are only allowed to send to the same domain until completely authorised. That’s the last hoop so make sure you have fully gone through the tutorial at https://www.churchadminplugin.com/tutorials/how-to-setup-mailersend/Registration not working
Could you send me what your shortcode is please?
Also helpful would be to enable debug logging
Church Admin>Settings>Debug Log
First delete it if necessary, then toggle it on.
Then try to register using the short code.
Then go back to Church Admin>Settings> Send Debug File to SupportThen I can diagnose what is wrong in your case. Or give me a temporary admin login please!

And therefore it was sticking to Mailersend. The code in 4.1.10 definitely removes it if the field is empty allowing a change of send option.
Andy MoyleKeymasterJust delved a little deeper for your site and the home page that is sent to the app is the html for the whole app front page, rather than just some home page content.
Has someone edited the home page in app content and copy and pasted all of the HTML from https://www.churchadminplugin.com/app/app-markup/ ? That would kill it definitely.

…Andy MoyleKeymasterThe latest app updates where meant to sort an issue some churches were having where their hosting company enforced a CORS policy that stopped it working.
It does mean that most user would need to login to the app again.
In your case the app is not working well because the home page is not set correctly. HEad to Church Admin>App>App settings and make sure the “Select which app page is Home ” is set to home. Yours is not I think and some weird behaviour is happening. Will fix the default ASAPAndy MoyleKeymasterOops – left the debugging info in.

I’ve no idea why this is happening, so I have added some major debugging to every where in the plugin where the head of household is set or rest in v4.1.4.If you could delete any debug log Church Admin>Settings> Debug Log
Then make sure it is switched onPlease send me the log when a household is messed up – let me know their name so i can find it in the log!
