View Calendar, etc

I just downloaded this plugin and tried to go to Church Admin>Calendar>View Calendar and got “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I haven’t changed anything in the settings but if I don’t have permission, who does? And how do I fix that?

Also, I’m a bit confused on how to get the various directories and things to appear on the front end of my site. Do I need short codes and create pages for everything or is there some automatic way to make all of these features show up?

Continued… OK. Very confused. I tried to add a new person as a test and was told there was no one in that household. But I wasn’t trying to add household. Here’s the error message. I’d really love for this to work and it seems like just what I need, but I’m not seeing a lot of info on how to get it to. Thanks!!!
