    The integration of Twilio is great, but more and more of our folk are using WhatsApp. Is messaging via WhatsApp possible? It would save money on the Twilio costs!

    The WhatsApp api is sadly not free and you’d have to use a provider like Twilio to use it anyway. Put me off!

    We use WhatsApp a lot too!
