snailmail templates

Hi,

Sometimes our Elders consider a communication too important too just send an email, so letters are printed and every head of a family (household) gets his personalized letter when entering church (They are put on a table, sorted om last names, sometimes in envelopes). Also some members still do not have e-maila nd receive all communication on paper.

It would be nice to be able to create a template letter in word or, just in wordpress, just like the email, and that churchadmin could generate the pdf for some or all receivers?
