    In the auto email rota, admin users are asked to select which service and the day to send the email and then to create an email to send.

    Is it possible that when different services are selected, the last email sent for that service could be shown, rather than just the last email programmed (which might be for a different service).

    I have different activities and want to communicate quite differently with the people on the rotas for those activities. Sometimes I want to make a minor change to one rota email, but find I have to type the whole thing out again, including html, because the previous change I made was to a different service rota email. Worse still, I have changed the message (because it was the one that came up) but didn’t realise that the default service selection was a different one… and had I not noticed, I would then have sent the completely wrong email to the rota people…

    I know this is a “nice to have” rather than a necessity and it’s only asking you to cover up my inadequacies, but…
