    It would be handy for us if we could assign instruments to band members. Some are multi skilled so on any given Sunday one member might be doing guitar and voice or keyboard and voice.

    Hi Chris,
    Easiest way to do that is to have the instruments as Rota Jobs and then you can assign people to those instruments. The instrument would only show for a given week if a person had that “rota job” for that service. Any emails and SMS only go once to a person per service anyway
