[Resolved] DB Error on activate

Hi Andy,

Thanks for making and supporting the plugin!

I am getting this error when installing:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
WordPress database error: [Table ‘clo1233007522395.church_admin_attendance’ doesn’t exist]
SHOW COLUMNS FROM church_admin_attendance LIKE “service_id”

WordPress database error: [Table ‘clo1233007522395.church_admin_attendance’ doesn’t exist]
ALTER TABLE church_admin_attendance ADD service_id INT(11) DEFAULT “1”

WordPress database error: [Table ‘clo1233007522395.wp_church_admin_rota_settings’ doesn’t exist]
ALTER TABLE wp_church_admin_rota_settings CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET utf8;

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_results() on a non-object in /home/content/79/5845479/html/cloudcaststudio/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/church-admin/index.php on line 158

Any suggestions would be great!
