When I choose to add a new ministry, there a couple fields I’m not sure what they are.
At the most basic level it seems Ministries are any job or committee at the church. From Clergy, to Office Assistant, to Finance Committee. Is that true?
If we also have social groups, like Bible Study, Womens’ Group, or Youth Group, would those also be Ministries, or would those go under Small Groups?
Back to Ministries, what is the “Team Contacts”? I assumed this would be the Team Leader of the Ministry, or Chairperson of the committee. But since they’re not in the “People in ministry” field, they don’t show up in the Ministries PDF report.
– What role does the Team Contact have?
– Are they the leader of the ministry or something else?
– How else are they used in the plugin?
