ParticipantIt appears from the documentation and also the tutorials on this web site that I should be able to produce a PDF showing the Rota for each job.
The problem is that the instructions in either the documentation or the tutorial do not match what I am seeing in my version of Church Admin. (2.5920)
When I select the Schedule Dashboard Navigation Pane item I do not see any option to export PDF or Communicate the Schedule.
When I select “View Schedule” from the Dashboard the focus is simple switched back to the “Schedule” dashboard item. I am unable to view the Scedule except by logging in as each individual user to get only their list of jobs and dates.
I am running the plugin on our subscription of WordPress.com.20th February 2020 at 8:37 am #4503Andy Moyle
KeymasterHi Michael, Welcome to the support forum.
Looks like I forgot to add PDF and CSV downloads of the Schedule, when I sorted out the menu layout. I’ve added them back in v 2.5930.21st February 2020 at 1:28 am #4509Michael Price
ParticipantThanks Andy. I can see those now as I am using auto updates.
CSV is working as expected however PDF is not. I have a scheduled job “Alter Linen” associated with the 5:30pm Sunday service on March 1.
This as well as the rosterred person is showing up in the CSV output but the Alter Linen Job as well as the rostered person are absent from the PDF output.21st February 2020 at 2:00 am #4510Michael Price
ParticipantAfter further investigation I believe the problem may be assoicated with the “Select Month” field. It appears to ignore this field and the output contains only the services in the current month.

KeymasterThat’s intended behaviour! If you want a different month, select one, else it defaults to the current month

ParticipantSorry, perhaps I wasn’t clear. I select Mar 2020 but the resultant PDF shows “February xx 2020” on the date headings.
It does this no matter which month I select.24th February 2020 at 10:01 am #4520Rich Cox
ParticipantHi Andy, Michael,
Just checked this on my site and it’s the same. Selecting March still displays February in the heading of PDF’s.
Many thanks,

KeymasterOn the rota/schedule page – I’ve just updated the PDF link so it grabs the date from the drop down and serves the right month. v2.5950

ParticipantHi Andy,
Have updated to v2.5960 and it is still pulling PDF date of current month rather than selected month from the drop down. (i.e. March still shows Feb).
Thanks,
RIch.28th February 2020 at 4:08 pm #4536Andy Moyle
KeymasterFor me it is only working one first drop down change. Will fix that
