Hi Andy! I noticed that if someone in the congregation submits a prayer request through the app, it sends an e-mail to the church letting us know that someone submitted a request for our approval. Great feature! The only problem is, I only check my e-mail periodically. Also, even if I were more diligent in checking e-mail, what happens if someone has an urgent prayer request, but it is after hours and I have turned off my computer for the evening? That is why I was wondering if it is possible to change what e-mail the request is sent to? In the United States, each cell phone company has the option where you can send an e-mail to someone and it will send that e-mail to the person’s cell phone as a text rather than as an e-mail. So if I could select to have these confirmation e-mails sent to my cell phone e-mail it would send me a text anytime some submitted a prayer request. This would allow me to approve the request immediately and get the prayer request out to the congregation. Is such a tweak even possible? If so, it would be great! Thanks for considering my request.

How about a push message to the App for Pastors or a specified individual or group?

Pastor Andres, a push message to the App sounds like a great idea as well! I am open to anything that will notify me that I need to approve the prayer request. Your idea sounds a lot less complicated than my suggestion. šŸ™‚

That’s doable if the admin is logged in on the app – will add it to the todo list
