First of all, let me say I love the update on the app!!!! It has made things so much easier for our coordinators who oversee various ministries in our church. Actually I find the coordinators using the app much more since they are able to do more through it. Thank you so much, Andy!!!
My problem with the prayer requests is this…I have noticed that when I send a prayer request out through the app, it no longer triggers a notification message when people receive the request like it used to. I know for a fact that my notification for the app is turned on in my phone, yet I no longer get notified when a new prayer request comes in. So what happens is prayer requests go out, but no one knows they received a prayer request unless they happen to open the app and go to the prayer requests. Secondly, when I do send a prayer request out via the app as the administrator, the request goes out but it says the prayer request is by some random person in the congregation (and it is different each time) rather than by the “admin”. So at times it looks like different children in the congregation is sending out prayer request…which I guess in one way is not bad (ha! ha!)

I’ve noticed the same thing about prayer requests. We have had the same thing. The user is isn’t set when it is published so it gets assigned to a random usually child. Will fix!!!
And will check on notifications too.
The post one doesn’t tap to the posts page either atm. So will fix that too
