    Hi,

    I am trying to upload my first podcast, but I get a Red Flag displayed and it won’t play.

    However, if I upload the media and link it to a page, it plays with no problems.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Also I can’t find the iTunes compatibility box under Media!

    Hi there,

    A red flag means that the file is missing. One of the problems people have is that their web host won’t allow big files to be uploaded from a browser.
    When you goto
    Church Admin>Media>Upload a file it should show

    You can upload a file up to 64MB
    The number will be different. Your mp3 to upload needs to be smaller than the figure. Send a support ticket to your web host and ask them to up the number.

    I tend to upload the files to the uploads/sermons directory using FileZilla (an FTP program) and then goto Church Admin>Media>Add uploaded files and do it from there.

    Try Church Admin>Media>Podcast Settings to get that set up.
