Person #1 gets added to every Ministry

Hi there, I’ve got the strange scenario that every time I add someone to a Ministry, “Bill. A.” (person #1) gets added as well, and it is difficult to delete him from the Ministry.

Here’s what I’ve done:
0) upload CSV of people
1) create new Ministry
2) add People in Ministry, OR add Team Contact
3) those people get added AND “Bill A.” gets added as well.
4) I then have to Edit his People page and delete him from all the Ministries.

It only seems to happen if I let the Auto Complete suggest names and then I click on them. If I just type their names in, “Bill A.” does not get added. It appears that the clicking of the name is what triggers person #1 to get added to every person selection. Any suggestions about how I can rectify this?

Actually, with a bit more testing I’m realizing that it is anywhere that Auto Complete suggests a name (not just Ministries) and it gets clicked on, person #1 gets added to that list as well.
