Hi Andy, I cannot tell you how many times our people have come to me and said that they could not view the church directory or get the prayer requests on the app. As I look at their phone I find that they are simply not logged in. Then inevitably they will ask, how do you know whether you are logged in or not? It is especially confusing since the “Logout” option is part of the menu. They see the option and say, I did not hit the logout option so I must be logged in. I admit that we do not have the most tech savy congregation (by their own admission), but I though maybe others have had this issue. Anyway, is there any way to add a button, or note at the bottom of the screen or something that signals people whether they are logged in or not? Anyway, just a thought. If it is not a big deal with others, we can learn to live with it. Smile

    That’s helpful feedback!
I’ll work out a better flow and make it more obvious

You can change the text of Logout to “Reset Church” and “Account” to “My account” making it a bit more obvious!
Church Admin>App > App Menu and then click on the menu title you want to change

That is a good idea! Thank you so much for the suggestion.
