    When I click the PDF link in the rota display it tells me error 404 – Not found. Any thoughts?

    Also, as I have been playing with the Rota feature and I would love to see it separated into groups. For example, We have three areas in our Host Team (Greeters, ushers and Connection point) I would like to send them to one page but they do not need the schedule for Worship team or nursery workers. Just a thought for feature development.

    Have you clicked “Refresh PDF” in the main directory list page – a 404 error would indicate the pdfs haven’t been created yet.

    Once you have clicked refresh pdf a drop down menu will appear too!

    That did it! Thanks. Is there a way to change the size of the PDF? It comes out pretty big — beyond a standard paper size.

    It’s A4 – standard in most of the world! I’ll add Letter size as an option soon. Meanwhile Adobe PDF reader can resize documents when printing
