WordPress code editor is adding paragraph tags and break tags into our code on every save.

The change with update is that blocks are “filtered” correctly so embeds work. I’ll check it turns off “wpautop.” The documentation says it does but sounds like it isn’t

This issue has now been resolved in the latest update.

The app content post type now defaults to classic editor which is what is needed if you are including javascript code as Andrew does.

In App setting you can switch to Gutenberg which makes for better embeding of videos etc in news items!
