I have several new families that I have added to our directory (and we use the option where people are grouped according to family units). I entered all the information for each family member as I have done in the past, but in each one of these cases only part of the family shows up in the directory (both in the app & via a web browser). With one family the parents show up, but none of the kids. With the other family only the husband shows up, but not the wife nor any of the kids.
I entered the families on the website and they do show up there. However only the husband’s information shows up in the app and the app has no search function that I can find for the directory.
Hi Andy, I apologize for the delay. For some odd reason I no longer receive notifications when you post a reply so I have to depend on my memory (which is much less reliable these days). I set a password reset for your account on our system so you should be able to login soon. The family is the Alcime and they show up partially on both app & website. I am sure I am missing something, but I cannot figure it out.
When you edit one of the the children, “Show me on the password protected address list” is unchecked.
It defaults to unchecked when first adding for good data privacy practice.
I think when you click add person, while adding them it leaves it unchecked too.
