    We are now having our team of 14 people contact all first and second time visitors but we are seeing a need for a “notes” field that would be displayed/editable on the “Follow-up” page when assignments are made and on the “My follow up tasks” page when a contact person is reporting on how the conversation went.

    Any thoughts on this?
