    Hello,

    I’ve just installed this plugin as I feel it has great potential for our Church, however, when I go to send a bulk email there is no white background, just the tiled background of my theme – Graphene 1.4.1.

    I’ve attached a screenshot that should better explain this.

    I’ve tried this in different browsers and it’s the same :(

    Is it a theme issue or a bug with something?

    Also, whenever I add in an email template header image url it just disappears when I click save. Does this need to be a certain file type?

    That would be a theme issue – the only styling in the admin area done by the plugin is to line up the text inputs neatly.
    Your theme has it’s own background and strangely colours that don’t show up on the background.

    Do you know why I can’t get a header image to save on the settings page?

    Are you using the full url eg. http://www.blablah.com/nicemage.jpg?
    The plugin checks the url and only saves it if it is a valid image

    yeah I’ve tried many different variations. the only thing I haven’t tried is changing the file format. I’ll give that a go and see if that helps

    Hello,

    It’s been a while, but you’ll be pleased to know that my background issue has been fixed. Like you said it was down to the theme (I think) as it seemed to start working after my theme got updated one day.

    I still have the issue where the header image won’t get saved. I’ve tried loads of different urls to valid images in the image field but nothing works :( It’s a shame as I like the idea of sending bulk mails from here.

    I wouldn’t mind if it just left it blank on the emails but it still puts an image reference in even if there’s not one so it looks like there should be one on the emails.

    Is there anything else I could try?
