    Hi there

Thank you for all the work you have obviously put into this plugin…

We need a method of setting up rotas for various functions within the Church. For instance, there is a Sunday Service with all the attendant duties, but there is also the Saturday ‘Drop In’ with a completely different set of tasks to the Sunday Service. I can’t see how I would do that – I can’t see that a rota task is attached to a particular service..

And, while I can set up two different ‘services’, I cannot see how to add volunteer information to the second.

I realise that my issue is probably due to my inexperience with the plug-in. I also suspect that it is already achievable. If so, please could you point me to any assistance in this?

Again, thank you for making this plug-in freely available

    With kind regards
    JB

    Hi John

I am facing the same problem. We have a service at 0900 and another at 1030hrs. I can add rota’s to the first one and I have managed somehow to add one rota to the second but now the add button doesn’t appear on the second service only the first

Also notice that when I filter to the second service (1030hrs) the results seem to be on the calendar tab

I am sure it is something simple to be fixed and like you I am very glad that this plug-in is available!

Can you upgrade to 0.812 and see if the issues are fixed please?

When you add rota jobs – you can specify which “services” they apply to.

I’m running v0.818 and it’s working fine on my site.
