    Tried uploading tomorrow’s files and got this error

    Working from bottom up ob that error…Looks like your server fell over when you uploaded a massive mp4 file. It wanted to use 1.7GB of memory to sort it out. The rest of the script then failed throwing the error.

    Were using a video file for the audio file upload?

    OK, Just checked but this is not the issue. The file is a 33mb .m4a file
    The file actually got uploaded inspite of the error and i used the ‘add uploaded file’ option. Same problem occured

    Exported the audio afresh from quicktime and now it’s been accepted. Must have been a corrupted file; the upload was definitely happening as i could see the uploaded file on the server after each fail.
