No media plays on app. We get a message that says: “undefined” four times.
Under the media menu in the app we get a full listing of posted items but clicking on any of them gives the undefined error.
This is on a variety on iPhones and android devices. The media plays fine on the website in any browser. What’s wrong? No one else seems to report this problem!
