    Hi,
Often, when we upload a sermon, we will have several supporting files (such as a corresponding PowerPoint, or PDF study guide). The platform we previously used allowed for the upload of multiple attachments per “sermon record”.

How are people managing this in Church Admin Plugin? I am looking for ideas and/or how it is intended to be used.

Currently the only possibility I see is pretty tedious: to upload all additional files separately, then add hyperlinks in the “Notes” section… but I may be missing something. Wink

Thanks in advance for any replies and for sharing!

The Notes field accepts html very nicely so we will sometimes put the full transcript of the sermon (spanish in one column and english in another) in that field with the powerpoint slides inserted at the correct point. This could work for either PowerPoint (exported as html) or Study Guide. It would not work for both so I love the idea of attachments. It could be a viable work around for you though.
