Currently experiencing a problem with the latest version of the Church admin plugin.
Some entries from directory are not displaying when using the mailing list labels. When downloading the ‘Mailing List’ CSV these entries are present however. They are also visible when browsing the directory. The vast majority of the labels display with no problems. The missing entries aren’t replaced by a blank label, the system just seems to skip them altogether.
The people that are missing from the mailing list labels have the same surname as another entry on the list…not sure if that’s where the problem lies or not.
We experienced this problem originally with an older version of Church Admin so we upgraded to the latest in an attempt to fix it – but we still have the same issue.

The church admin main screen has a db backup download linkI’m not aware of a bug that would cause that and multiple entries with the same surname have been fine.
In your email could you let me know which people don’t appear and then I can get you sorted.
