Checking the output at https://castfeedvalidator.com/?url=https://praiseway.uk/wp-content/uploads/sermons/podcast.xml I’m getting a couple of issues

    1. ERROR: You are trying to use an invalid category. Apple podcasts will not recognize Religion & Spirituality>Christianity.
I think this is because there should be spaces like so: Religion & Spirituality > Christianity

    2. FATAL: Your feed website is invalid, as this URL sends a content type of text/xml, which is not a webpage. Did not finish website tests.

I have no issues with my current feed using powerpess and so I’m guessing it’s due to the output from the plugin

    Hi,
Have a look at the topic “RSS Feed for Podcast not formatting contact email correctly” under the media category. I had the same problem. Andy is aware. His fix worked.

    Cheers
    Rich.

Looks alright now, although it reports one of your sermons has no link.

is not an error! You’d want an xml feed to have the content type of text/xml. Best to try a different validator if that keeps happening!

    Have a try of https://podba.se/validate/

I also found that https://castfeedvalidator.com/ produced odd errors (that were not really errors at all!!)

    Cheers
    Rich.
