Andy, the way it works for us now using FellowshipOne is that a list of all members is given with checkboxes, and those boxes are checked to confirm attendance for a specific service. I could screenshot some of the screens if it would help explain. Essentially, instead of one number given for the total attendance, it allows us to quickly see how many were in attendance for children, adults, guests, etc. As well total headcount. It also lets us look back over a person’s attendance history to see how consistent they’ve been. As I mentioned earlier, we can also quickly follow up on new guests as well as people who have missed recently.
I understand, but the average size church in America (I realize you’re not in America ) is 75 in attendance. We are nearly 200 members, and have no problem yet managing attendance for our weekend services. However, where this would have extended appeal is in small group attendance, not just the larger services.
