This Calendar is meant only for certain people… not for the public. Is this possible?

On the page where you put the shortcode on the right hand side there is a box with publishing options near the top.
If you click the “Edit” link for Visibility options, you can check “Password Protected” and add a password. Then “Ok” and don’t forget to Update/Publish the page.Hope that helps!

thanks for all your help so far!
I did everything you said and it worked up to a point… but…When I cleared out my history and went back in to test it again as if I was an outsider…. the page asked for the password I just set up which is good, but then the next screen wanted more login details… specifically, my Word Press login.
How can people without a word press account view the calendar?
Have you updated the Church Admin plugin? – forced login is now an option for that shortcode from v1.3920.
Please make sure the shortcode doesn’t have loggedin=true in it as well!
