Good day – trying to understand the order of how households and members display when there are two members with different last names.
For example on our site we have a household where the first member created was last name SCHURINGA and second member was VANZEUMERAN. Both users are searchable on the site but under the alphabetized listing only SCHURING displays.
A similar situation for household where first member BEZANSON was created and MACKINTOSH added second. MACKINTOSH is what shows in the alphabetized listing
Final example was household WOOD where second member with last name CHILDS was created. CHILDS is the name that shows in the listing.
What drives the logic here?

Let me know if that works10th March 2020 at 9:08 am #4558RolandParticipantHi, I am seeing some strange behaviour with this. We have several families where the Head of the household has the family name Al Manhal. In this case his wife has the family name Kareem.
I perform a search for Al Manhal and get the Kareem household even though the first entry is Al Manhal. I have used the reset version option.
I have also experienced the head of household changing by itself after updating a member of the household (not the head) and that person being moved to the top of the list.
Thanks, Roland -
