    Hi,
    I am in the process of testing the plug-in and have a couple of queries?

    I have a household with two members, one who wants to be included in the directory and one who doesn’t. However, when I change the setting for one person it changes for both. Is this a bug, intended or a user error?

    Is there any consideration to add a document up-load facility against an individual? We collected our GDPR privacy details on good old fashioned paper and would like to scan those in and keep against the persons record.

    On a similar note is it possible to add additional privacy options, we included a privacy option to allow photographs to be used in digital and print media.

    Hi Paul

    The whole household privacy option is a legacy thing. Will revisit.
    The problem with uploading docs to a WordPress site is that they would be findable by google and others so not a great idea!

    You can use custom fields to add things like that although I will add photo permission as that would be useful for everyone.

    Point taken about the document upload, that hadn’t occurred to me.

    If you are able to resolve the directory permissions issue and and add the privacy category that would be great.

    Had a great conference in Malaga!
    Adding photo permissions to next update.
    If you privacy in the address area – no one from that household appears in the directory.
    Each person can be set individually when you edit them too.
