    I have only just recently added our PayPal details to ChurchAdmin. However, the first donation that was attempted would not go through because it says the account is not active.

    I can confirm that my PayPal account is active so is there a way to see what the problem might be?

    It’s probably because IPN (Instant Payment Notification) is not enabled for your PayPal account – Have a look at https://www.jotform.com/help/279-how-to-enable-ipn-for-paypal-pro/

    Also is the account a business one – and worth applying for Not for profit/charity status so you get better fees structure.

    I’m still seeing the error: “We can’t complete your donation. This organization’s account is inactive.”

    I’m able to donate with the donate button generated by PayPal, but that’s what I see when using the app.

    I am still seeing this error after trying the fix. Are there any other suggestions for fixing this?
