When users from the community try and register their family members and add the third person, the second person will lose the ticket type. When they submit the form, a PayPal error appears.
Unfortunately you have a Javascript error on that page from a different plugin. That would break any other scripts on the page, including the add tickets. If you right click on the page and then click “Inspect” you will see the error. Screenshot below…
A quick look at view source shows it’s a slider that is trying to be used, but the file that its based on is not there. Most likely the theme “legaladviser” has left the code in.
