Error on installation of plugin

Hi Andy,

I have just installed a copy of the plugin on an empty local development copy of wordpress and the error below was displayed. I thought I’d let you know just in case, thanks. Seems the SQL for the install needs 4 as the key for the last entry…

[Duplicate entry ‘3’ for key ‘PRIMARY’]
INSERT INTO wp_church_admin_ministries (ministry,ID) VALUES (“Small Group Leader”,1),(“Elder”,2),(“Prayer requests send”,3),(“Bible readings send”,3)
