Directory will not display and unable to dwnld pdf

Using the shortcode [church_admin type="address-list"] only the last entry of the directory displays. It used to work ok. When I request a pdf dwnld, I get a page of code. Doing a search brings up no results. When I go to the setting page and select the people tab, all the info displays as it usually does. a bit of a mystery to me. I don’t see any other problems like this in the forum so it is a unique situation I suspect.
