Hi Andy,
In the left-hand column of the directory in which the links to members appear my directory is listing the family name once for even member of a household – ie my family “higgins” has 5 people in it so the directory entry left column reads

Are all of you definitely in one household in the directory?
Perhaps you could send me a refreshed database backup so I can see why this happening for you? (You can do that on the People tab of the Church Admin backend)Hi Andy – thanks for the quick reply. Hi Andy – I saw this issue too but it went away with a version update. Now it’s back with some additional issues. I’m on v. 1.5210.
1. If a household has two members, it’s listed twice in the index. If it has three members it’s listed three times. And so on.
2. When I enter data for a multi-person household, I enter the 1st person, add a person, enter the 2nd person, …, add household details, save. Only the 1st person’s details have been saved. I need to then add and save each additional member of the household.
3. The generated PDF lists every person in a multi-person household separately, as though each one were an independent household.I’ll send you a database archive separately. Please let me know if there’s any more info you need.

I updated as you suggested and emailed the results. The directory listings looked great. That was yesterday evening.
So today I’m back online adding new households, and the multiple listing issue is back. Version is still 1.52400; the only difference is that the households I added today show up as multiples. Households added previously (prior to most recent version upgrade) are listed correctly. I’ll send screenshots and db archive via email.
