I upgraded to the latest version of the plugin AND uploaded an update of the church directory and it looked a little off, so I reset the plugin and now no directory data is showing at all. However when I click the PDF link, the directory info *does* appear. Weird. I tried emptying the cache with no luck. Thanks. Question. Does there need to be certain default bits of info filled out for each member or will the directory show whatever is there?

There was an issue for some a while back where site wasn’t set for people. If when you say you uploaded an update of the directory, I guess you mean a CSV import. I’ve just checked and site_id doesn’t get set.
It shouldn’t matter for the directory on newer versions.

can you send me a refreshed DB backup so I can take a look please?

Sent refreshed DB to the support email, but in the meantime, uploaded a new file with additional fields and this one seems to work. The only issue is the spacing in the address and the field names/field data separation.

    David,

The DB backup you sent me had two things wrong with it – all the name data was stuffed into the first name field and there was no site_id set for anyone. The front end directory is prepared by looking at the last names.

Could you send me the CSV you used for import so I can see if we can do more processing to fix that. My guess is that you had one household per row (needs to be one person per row) and all the name data for a household was in one column rather a column for each part of the name?
