Is there a way to insert custom CSS stylesheets or JavaScript into the app content?

I’d like to stylize the page for the Home area.

Also, I’d like to be able to run some JavaScript on the page, will that work or is it restricted?

Yes you an do both. There’s a firm field for adding CSS on your website app settings page. JavaScript can be added to pages too

    Kirk,
Here are a few pages that are intended for novices but may still contain some useful details for yourself.

    Styling the App
    Adding Fonts to App Content
    JavaScript in App Content

Pastor Andres, I would love to reformat the app to make it less text based or more graphic. However, I do not know CSS or Java so I followed your links. They were helpful, but unfortunately the examples you gave under the “Styling the App” were broken links. Do you happen to have the updated links? I would appreciate any examples you have. I think if I had some CSS code I could edit it to meet our needs. Thank you!

Pastor Andres, as I perused the links you posted above I realized that Andy had included code in the App menu that allowed me to create a graphical interface on our App’s home page rather than simply relying on the links in the drop down menu. While the graphical interface I created is OK at best, our congregation seems to like and finds the app much more useable with it. Thank you so much for posting the links above!

    Continuing this conversation:

I’ve been working on updating the general theme of the app. One thing I was curious about though is whether anyone has any idea if CSS variables are supported by the in-app-browser.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

UPDATE: Nevermind, I found a way to test this and can verify that yes, they seem to be working.
