It would be so much nicer if you could add a variable number of rota tasks to each event in the calendar.
On a busy Sunday 11 am meeting you may need
– sound technician
– projector technician
– organ player
– service manager
– preacher
– usher group
On Wednesday evening you might just need
– preacher
– one usher
The rota administrator should be able to assign people or groups from the event view or from a list of all events that need a certain type of person.
