Thanks for fixing the previous issue of one person getting added to every autocomplete selection. I just noticed another peculiarity when using the Autocomplete to fill in names:
    1) start to type name, and Autocomplete suggests matches
    2) If you use the keyboard to scroll down to your selection (arrow keys & enter), it wipes out the whole Name field and adds only the person you just selected.
    3) If instead you use the mouse to click on each name, it will add the person to the existing list as expected.
    Thanks!

Not a lot I can do about that I don’t think – that’s a default behaviour of a text field – on some browsers like Chrome, you’d get a dropdown “autocomplete” anyway and as you key down the content gets replaced.
Will do some research, but pretty sure that would be hard to stop

I turned off Autofill in Chrome, and it still seems to do it.

An example I’m used to is the Woocommerce ecommerce plugin. In Woocoommerce > Settings > General you can choose what countries to ship to. As you start typing it presents a list of matches. You can then scroll down with the arrow keys and make a selection with the Enter key. It then populates the text box with that selection and lets you choose another.

If you wanted to play with it to maybe divine how they’re doing it, and don’t have or want Woocommerce installed, I could give you a login to my testing site.

    Thanks
