Adding new custom criteria for individual/households

Hi

I do not see a way to add additional custom criteria that we want to track for individuals and households.

This additional criteria would be used to filter data for sending bulk emails.

For example, let’s say I wanted to track if they Like Chocolate and then send emails out only to those people that said yes.

Am I missing anything, or is this just not a current feature.
