Adding Hymns/Songs in the Rota

We have quite a few musicians in our group of churches, and they play at different services and different churches depending on their instrument, the needs of that service, and the hymns/songs chosen for that specific service/day.

We can use the ‘Rotas’ feature to schedule the different musicians (in the ‘Music’ ministry) to different services, this works nicely.

Would it be possible to add the ability to add the service’s music choices somewhere in the Rotas framework?

For example: I could go and assign the pianist and drummer to a particular sunday’s service – as normal. But I could then also assign the songs (with input boxes for the name and number of the hymn) to that service. Then a PDF table of all the hymns for all services in a specific time period, could be produced. This could be sent to / accessed by all ministers and musicians.
